Bitches Be Crazy by Chandra Mayor

Due to an unfortunate error, Chandra Mayor’s bio was missing from issue 98 of Matrix. As a first step in rectifying this oversight, we are posting her bio here along with a never-before-published poem by this amazing poet. Sorry, Chandra!

Published in numerous anthologies and magazines, she has run a dyke bar and a Human Library, exhibited textile-based art, written theatre reviews for and spoken/performed for DNTO, cabarets, political rallies, and Winnipeg’s Mayor’s Luncheon for the Arts .
